Gutted to see this as I always name my companion Ashe, after my husky. Being as there is a wolf, this is a huge Ranger break for me. I will start with something else until hopefully it gets added. I'm not making one til I can :/

Beastmasters in this game are kinda weird. The animals don't seem to be actual animals you've tamed in the world and formed a bond with, they're just elemental summons that you sacrifice to enemies with no regard to their wellbeing. It's not quite how I imagined them in my head, but idk. Maybe I'm wrong.
