information about spells

I don't know much about the dnd universe but I know that there are levels in spells. I would like to know if in the full game there will be level 4 or even 5 spells or are they too high level spells for the game?

They will go all the way to level 6.

BG3 will have up to level 6 spells available to players, and potentially higher level magic available to villains.

Long story short is that the level of the caster correlates to the level of spells the caster can use. So a 10th level caster can learn 5th level spells.

Yep 6th tier will be the final for our current max level of 12. As for spells we only know what they have given us from Panel from Hell update list which is this picture from webpage thier page. (This in addition to the spells there are currently in EA)

In DND 5E, 9 is the max spell level, 20 is the max player level. A wizard would get 9th level spells at level 17.
