I was thinking about making a good dwarf character at some point in one of my play throughs.. any suggestions?

I've never played a dwarf character.

Go for it. Dwarves make good ass-kickers.

Make a dwarf warrior of some kind, something that really loves hacking things with axes.

Then make another character with high Strength, ideally a Paladin, and have throw the dwarf into battle.

dragon age inquisition had a dwarf who was an arcanist. she helped make weapons and could use runes and could even help you build your castle. cool stuff, too bad this game doesnt have an artificer.

I actually tend to play dwarf whenever nothing else catches my interest. So I'd say go for it. I'm doing Duergar simply because you rarely see them in media, especially as playable, and their lore fits the whole Mindflayer plot really well.

If you want a more traditional play through, dwarfs tend to make great Paladins, Fighters, Clerics, and Rangers because of their culture. But really anything would work. Do whatever feels best for you!

I'm loving my recent Dwarf Bard playthrough of EA.
He looks like that guy from John Wick (Ian McShane's character) but with a beard and the bard hat and he's stylish as f*ck.

It's also fun RP'ing bard options/perspectives with a background in dwarven pride, it's a fun mix.
