In DND, are there any elves other than the ones they included?
Excuse my question, I am not super familiar with DnD.

Outside of what we see in BG3, DnD also has astral elves, shadow elves, eladrin, sea elves, and probably more.
There are actually a lot of different types of elves in DnD:

Common, Astral , Dark , Eladrin & Eladrin Variant, High, Sea , Shadar-Kai, Wood, Pallid, Mark of Shadow, Avariel, Grugach, Bishtahar, Tirahar, Vahadar, Zendikar, Sun, Moon, and more. The big three are High, Wood, and Dark.

It is perhaps worth noting that a chunk of those are original creations by Matt Mercer and the Critical Role folks, and therefore aren't technically "official", just supported.

True, but "supported" is good enough for me :) Especially since the list keeps going & the PHB pretty much says that just about any type of variant can exist.

I don't watch CR, so that is neat to know. I have heard of these elves in other novels so I dunno if he "created" them, maybe that version of them though with certain perks/traits/specific feats.

I wonder how that works with the OGL 1.0 because I know many people were upset WOTC could use their IP without permission or notification in the "updated" version.
honestly wish they added Eladrin by far one of my favorites to RP.
Avariel is unlikely because people tend to have weird hang ups against flying characters.

I want the eladrin for Feystep. Misty step with bonus effects.

For sure, for sure. I'm playing an Eladrin warlock in a campaign right now, and the Fey Step is so satisfying.
