I haven't played this game in some time and wanted to hold off for the release. Then I start seeing a bunch of recommended videos on the tube about B3 and yea what is going on with this game? Why is there so many degenerate aspects in this game? Bestiality, foot fetishes, genitalia options and what? We get that option but we can't have options to make custom faces for our characters? Did I just turn old or something or has gaming gone off the deep end? What the hell does this have to do with DnD and Baldurs Gate?

The bear sex thing is a D&D meme so that doesn't concern me. The scene leaves it up to your imagination and clearly is played for laughs. However having concerns about the prioritisation of resources is valid. Is BG3 meant to be an eroge game or an RPG? Clearly there is an overlap of audiences but some will feel excluded by an over emphasis on sexual content. Nothing wrong with trying to establish what the boundaries should be in a CRPG.

Perhaps the people here are not mature enough to have this conversation without gaslighting.

It's fine to not be interested in the sexual content. However, there is an option to sensor it. The OP and several others already revealed it's not about the bear scene at all but about "moral decay" and LGBTQ stuff.

People are calling it out for what it is.

For example, the G stands for "Gay", but it doesn't actually mean gay people. It has nothing to do about gay people. Because there are plenty of gay people who say they want nothing to do with it and it does not represent them.

As for kink, try putting "leather pride parade" into google and go to the image tab, that's a start.

I know you jest but considering that all the party characters you can recruit are player sexual there are in fact no heterosexual relationships in the game. They are all bi.
