There shouldn't be any parental diligence, other than not letting your underage kids play it in the first place.
This game is still EXTREMELY child-unfriendly even with the SFW filters.
The game is DnD & Baldur's Gate from head to toe.
So is some movies, rated 17+. A parent can decide if they want their kids ( minors ) to watch them or not. Same goes for any video game. Parental guidance is very important in raising any kids. I know. My wife and I raised 3, who are adults now.
