How do I get saved by Korilla?

Hello there,
I am trying to get tied up by Priestess Gut so Korilla could save my character. But every time I drink potion of sleeping the fight is triggered and my character doesn´t fall asleep. Any advices?

Some races are immune to sleep potion.

Gut seems heavily bugged. I couldn't even get her to take me to her private room. Unfortunately since we are so close to release there won't be further updates to EA so we have to work around it as best we can, but that might mean you just can't access that content right now. Best suggestion I can give is to try to reload the save file, or maybe even one behind it and try to proceed again.

If your character is immune to sleep she'll cut straight to trying to kill you

Yes, elves and half-elves are immune to sleep.

Yes, elves are immune to sleep compulsion :D

Fey Ancestry. You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can't put you to sleep.
So Elf, Half elf, drow are immune

Read your character features when you open the character screen.

Is it still possible to do it with one of your party mates? That used to be possible but it might now automatically revert to your main.

Yeah, but look at the bright side! A lot of low level caster enemies cast Sleep on their first turn and now your Elf is totally immune to that crap

You could switch to a companion and do it that way. That's how I did it to get the scene

You have to use Laz or Gale though, right? I think Astarion and Shadowheart are also immune to sleep

I used Gale.

When I 1st did it I'm sure she knocked SH over the head to knock her out, unless I just clicked through and she did drink it
