A reasonable facsimile? That depends quite heavily on what features/mechanics your pathfinder character has and if those or a similar feature exists in d&d 5e at all. There is also the question of whether the level 12 cap in BG3 is high enough to make a (possible) d&d version work. For example, maybe the key features that would make your d&d character feel similar enough to 'work' would require 5 levels of sorcerer and 11 of fighter (total of 16) which would not be possible in BG3.
5e generally isn't as crazy with its classes as Pathfinder is
D&D is much more basic. If you want a knight with dragon powers, I'd recommend the sorcadin, you start with Paladin to gain heavy armor and smites, then switch to Sorcerer for your dragon powers
Although to be fair you won't be able to do it later either.
