3 goblin leaders - why does whole camp aggro
There's a big focus on stealth and taking them out individually. Killed the first fine, but no matter what the Drow and Hobgoblin somehow make the whole camp aggro.

The only thing I notice is that they are temporarily hostile when attacking, and then when hitting the drums they lose that status. Does that status control the whole camp?

EDIT ANSWER:
This went off track fast, but I figured it out. It's the war drum ending temporary hostility.

It might. I was able to kill the drow without making the entire camp hostile. I suspected you can probably do the same with the other guy, but if the fight spills out into the hallway, I am pretty sure you are screwed, which is exactly what happens if they hit the drum.

They didn't aggro in my game. It seems like there's a 25-30m awareness radius or something. I blew up the war drums before anyone could smack them though.

If someone knows a way to off the hobgoblin without alerting the whole camp I'm all ears. The priestess is easy and if you take out the scrying eye the drow is easy too.

I killed the drow and goblin with no issue. But killing the hobgoblin is what makes all goblins hostile.
It shouldnt aggro anyone additional other than whose in the room though.

This annoyed me too. I went in and free'd Haslin then decided it was best NOT to bring him with to kill the 3 leaders because it would end up with killing everyone there. Well. We ended up killing everyone there and could have used a BEAR!!!

I was able to fight all 3 separately, but he result was total wipeout regardless.

You can abuse a thief rogue with athletics by jumping to the rafters above the room and back out again to pick off them all 1 at a time. Regardless once you've killed the goblin king, it turns out the goblins don't like you anymore, crazy stuff.

Yeah, same. Wanted to do it covertly but after killing the Hobgoblin, whole camp turns hostile

The Hobgoblin is the king, they'll hate you once you attack him no matter what.

I aggrod them all then summoned Lump the Enlightened and the other 2 ogres and they cleaned up most of the fortress
Drow should not aggro whole map.

Priestess shouldnt either. She can be talked into privacy.

Rags requires prepositioning. I did just that by knocking people off

Be ware of retuirning there after vvia goblin camp.

Just out of curiousy what level are you?

There is a small part of the wall that has a hole opposite that hobgoblin leader. And there are 2 goblins outside. If the fight takes a while, or something happens at a spot visible from the hole, the two goblins aggro, and the rest of the nearby rooms aggro as well (including Minthara if she is alive)

Same, they DECIMATED the whole camp.

Set up smokepowder satchel, smokepowder barrel and grease jar at his feet, put Astarion up in the rafters, had Astarion shoot the war drum on the side, this alerted Dror Ragzlin. Astarion got initiative as usual, shot the explosives with a fire arrow, Dror Ragzlin was sent to the Next Dimension along with the drum next to him, and the only guys aggroed were the ones in the room.

Climb up to the rafters, knock down the light fixture near the drum. This will destroy the ladder leading to the drum, making it unusable. Then just fight from up there, the gobo's will come to you.
