Should I keep the parasite? (spoiler free please)
Does anyone know if I should keep the parasite, like will there be a good ending or a bad one (without going into too much detail)

There is no spoiler free answer if we dont know where you are. Just play the game and decide as you like. You can min max on your second playthrough!
im almost at the end of the game and i still have the parasite. at this point im not even convinced its removable at all. if it is, itll be part of the ending, and that means what you should do is just purely up to you. you'll probably want to do multiple playthroughs.

I think if I had to guess it would be similar to the mass effect 3 ending where you're at a bridge and you just pick which ending you want to go down, it seems to me there will be a big final fight and you'll decide which ending you want after you win, thats what I think will happen but i havnt won yet so idk.

this means you can save and then experience multiple endings without having to replay the whole game. But, you know, they said there was like thousands of endings, which I think is a load of bs tbh. they are probably taking the Witcher style of endings where each individual choice you made has its own place during the credits and somehow they count that as a different ending.

I think theres going to be one ending for each possibility. you can side with the gith, raphael, embrace the tadpole, side with the absolute, probably a couple other possible options like kill everyone or become the absolute yourself somehow. but honestly i dont see how there could be more than like, 10 possible endings unless theres a bunch of possibilities i never found yet.
of course im just speculating, this isnt spoilers, im just guessing.

but i can say it doesnt matter how you play the game because the parasite cant be removed until the end anyway, so do whatever you want throughout the game.

Think of it as skyrim without being the dragonborn, or any game where you're the unique exception, it's needed as a primary plot point to give your characters purposes, if you could remove it quickly, then you're just boring average joe.

I appreciate the response, makes me feel a lot more confident in leaning towards keeping the parasite.
