Just enter turn based mode and dash from cover to cover. Send one person in alone, preferably a rogue.
It worked normally for me - I ran past the turrets, jumped down one side of the tower onto some mushrooms, then found 2 blooms, added 1 of them to the generator - this disabled the turrets.
also you have to place (drop) the flower close to the turret, just a few steps away and it wont work. best is you throw it, than destroy the tower to pickup the flower and repeat with the next turret.
Ah, a pity. I wanted to bring along some for boss fights...
You could just not pick one up and go get it before a bossfight, but fair warning, you can't take them out of the Underdark either, so I'm not totally sure what bossfight you would use them in? True Soul Nere?
Nah ~ I wanted to take some along for much much later. My idea was: since you can put stuff in enemies' pocket - why not a sussur bloom for bosses? Though someone else made use of that method ad absurdum by using gold and the weapon which deal extra damage the more gold someone has.
Gale with lightning bolt can take care of all 4 of them.
EDIT: You technically only need to get a rid of 3 turrets before you can activate gen to disable the last one.
Get the bloom for the gen from the garden. Do not rest in between.
You're saying you managed to put it in yourself?
I just always brute force by running with my group through it. Just past three turrets and you are done - no one ever died to the turrets.
