Stuck on Choices Pending on Level-Up (Potential Solution)

Leveling up my Bard from level 9 to 10 left me stuck on "choices pending" despite having no red checkmarks on the left hand side. Turns out that on the top checkmark that says "Level Up (Class)" can contain choices and not be marked pending (red mark).
Click on the top left most checkmark and scroll through that level up box next to it and find a button. For me, it was a green button labeled "change" under skills.

I am still stuck as well, Same problem, what do you mean by additional skills? I have check top most checkmark and scrolled through everything,

Hello, I just had this problem. In the first page that says Level up. You see that you gained a spell slot, greater bardic inspiration, etc. One of the things is called Skills and if you click on that, you'll be prompted to choose additional proficiencies. It's not in the check menu all the way to the left, it's in the same tab that tells you about your overall features

I chose the Skills already, but when I pick a feat, the choice is reset, and the skill selector section disappears from the Menu. Not sure if it is because I am using a UI Mod.

Can someone screenshot this? I'm trying to level Gale to 6. If he's got new skill options, I don't see where to add them.

I am having the same problem when going to level 3 barbarian does not matter what subclass I use. Did you find a fix?
