What do all the potions at Ethel's house do? (spoilers)

So after I defeated Ethel (let her go in exchange for stat boost), I searched her lab and looted a bunch of potions with unique names (i.e., "lost time," "eye of rage"), etc. The descriptions don't clarify exactly what these potions do, but like other potions you can drink or throw them.

Does anyone know what they do? Anything unique happen if you drink them?
