They won't follow me through the poison clouds, had to resort to walking in turn-based mode

its not broken it works as intended. the ai of your party will not walk through areas that hurts them. this is to get them to not randomly walk into LAVA when close to it and just instantly die

This whole room is stupid broken and the ai pathfinding goes into walls. They walk into the wall and just stop.

Just wanted to reply here for any future people that struggle with this room. Kill the baddies before entering and being poisoned. Then ungroup and use whoever has the best disarm to disarm the vents on the floor one after another. This clears the poison.

And i would add :
- there are crates and contenants in the room, use them
- anti resist poison potions do exist

Man this area infuriated me. Normally your characters are happy to path over traps and blow themselves up along with anything nearby. Not here though. This behavior + the stupid shadow curse leads to curse damage unless you do the whole map in TB mode.

On my second run I threw the zombie corpses over the poison vents as I moved through the main room. This helped with my frustration level.

This is the kind of experience that makes you wonder who is play testing the game and/or what, if anything, is done with their feedback. I can't imagine anyone not noticing these things or finding them so minor as to not report them.

Pretty sure these are DC 30. So good luck with that. I mean F5/F8 sure but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ there are like 10 traps.

With the right gear and spells on Astarion, disarming these vents is relatively easy at that point in the game.

The real reason for broken path finding is a poison trap bugs. Despite all traps being disarmed in this hallway poison clouds still exist near left side wall and door blocking movement for AI unless they can jump over poison cloud.

Heh. They DO walk through lava. They get stuck and don’t follow me through the poison cloud but they happily step on lava all the time.

You don't even need a skill to disable the traps just place barrels or other random objects around the room on the vents.

How do you move your characters independently without them getting sick from the darkness? I have the lamp and they can't get too far away from me without taking crazy amounts of damage.
