camera bug when starting conversation?

happened in my playthrough a couple of times at this point. Its not critical as its just minor side things.
Still. When any playable character trying to speak with certain items like gityanky disc in moontower or severed head in mind-reading machine in mindflayer colony they just stuck in place instead. Action log shows that character started conversation and icon on the left near portrait also shows up but instead of cinematic PC just freezes in place and nothing happens it persists even if i try save-load during conversation and rolling to a previos save also seems uneffective.
