Larian Launcher not working

After updating the driver for the video card (as strongly advised by the Launcher) the game stopped launching in Steam. What makes me think that the problem is in the Launcher? The game works when running the .exe directly from the folder, with Steam closed and no launcher running. Launcher with closed Steam does not run. I've tried rolling back drivers, checking file integrity, reinstalling the game, skipping launching the launcher in Steam (with several commands, including the path), cleaning the launcher and game folders in %AppData%, nothing helped.

Maybe someone has encountered this problem and knows what else I can try?

I'm also experiencing the exact same problem. I tried the Cleaning Cache fix step-by-step and still it just opens the "send error text" whenever I try to launch it via steam/launcher. But if I start if from the desktop it works without any issue.

Edit: If steam is open nothing happens when I try to launch the game from the desktop but as soon as I quit steam and try it starts the game.

I have a friend who also has this problem,But he solved it.He told me it could be a problem with the disk system,His disk system used to be "exFAT",Now he's switched to "NTFS",And then he's fine now.
