**Spoiler Alert** The Grand Duke Not Showing Up In Camp...

I rescued the Grand Duke and it says that I have to speak to him in camp, when I talk to Wyll he says the same thing but he's not showing up in my camp no matter what I do. Anyone else have this issue?

Ye I just tested this, when leaving the submersible hatch, you need to stay near the hatch and then wait for everyone to leave the area after the fight/handing over the captain is done. This will update the "Gathering Allies" quest. If you don't get this quest update Ravengard will never appear in your camp.

with the big patch today it got fixed for me! check the camp duke ravengard should be there now.

I got an even weirder bug that's honestly testing my patience with this game, my playthrough was a bit buggy from the start and i messed up badly story wise by not showing up to gortash's coronation (won't get into it cause it's a long long story), so i ended up having to bargain with mizora to bring the duke back to life. Problem is the duke is alive and well in my camp while i'm in rivington, but as soon as i travel to the lower city he disappears and the "gather you allies" quest updates to say "WE KILLED duke ravengard and he can no longer fight with us". I'm so done with act 3 honestly it's way too broken to be enjoyable, shame.

For me this quest broke because I automatically aggroed the submersible pilot when the escape cutscene ended. I didn't see that this caused the intended dialogue with the Duke to be skipped. I think it might have been my summons that glitched it out. I re-loaded a save, and made sure to dismiss all my summons before finishing the mission.

Had the same bug, and it looks like it has something to do with entering camp in the Lower City (i.e. the room at the inn). Once I switched regions to Rivington and made camp, the duke was next to Wyll (even though back in the city he's not there) and I could initiate conversations and complete the quest. So my suggestion would be to try to change locations and see if he turns up.
