Can I still recruit Daddy Halsin later on? *Spoiler*

I fcked up. I killed/attacked Oliver (This shadofell tiefling) and he disappeared. Later on I found the instrument to free Thaniel. But now I googled it and it told me, that I have to convince Oliver to free a part of his soul.

Forgot to mention: Can I still free Thaniel and bring him back as he was + can I still recruit Daddy Halsin as a companion? Thanks for the answers!

From my playthrough that's what got him to join for me. There's plenty of companions you could miss throughout the playthrough. I missed the drow from act 1 and almost missed another companion in act 3. Just reload a save file and save thaniel

Damn you didn't save? Gotta press F5 more often lol. I'm not sure if he will join you but Jaheira is recruitable if you just wanted a druid. Unless you were just interested in the bear scene.
