Encrusted with frost LOOT - Where to find?

Looking for armor or weapon pieces with this. So far I have the gloves (Which can be obtained by Glut or buying from the gith egg merchant in mountain pass.)

Where can I find/ are there more encrusted with frost pieces later down the line, just like how there are multiple for lightning in act 1? Thanks.

There's also one behind the bookcase in the moonlight tower. You've gotta grab a heart and press the top right books.

Hey man, thanks a lot! I am really trying to find all the pieces because I think a free freeze for one turn without having to spend your action points would be super useful. If you happen to find any others, let me know!

I just entered Act 3 last night, I am still keeping my eyes peeled out for such items.

I explored Act 2 as much as I could and havent found any more of these 'set drops.'

I am willing to bet there are more pieces, just like the lightning gear. in act 1.

Not sure if weel find more with the same effect, but I've been using a Snowburst ring (cold damage auto creates ice floor around targets)
And Hoarfrost boots (cannot fall prone on icey terrain)

Thanks for that info- I picked up both as well, both which compliment a nice frosty build very well! :)

Been trekking through ACT 3 so hopefully there are more goodies for this type of build!

I found the gloves, I bought it to the lady who gives you the quest to steal the Gith eggs (act 1)
Unfortunately you can't trade anymore with her if you finish the quest

It reassures me to know that there is more than one item that gave you this bonus, with just one of them it's pretty useless
