Anyway to wash yourself

Blood and guts all over my waifu kinda ruins the romance scenes which you can miss if you rest (clean your body).

There is a waterpump in Moonhaven in the first act that makes you "wet" Also cleans blood.

By the same logic, a water/rain spell might do the trick.

I do wish the blood was a little less ... constant.

Create water. Or walk into any body of water.

there are pleny of turquoise/blue/green flasks filled with water. throw one at yourself. then there is obviously magic, but don't waste your slots on that. Arron, probably the first vendor you meet sells a staff that can conjure up some water as well.

Would be nice if going to camp automatically cleaned you.

We have the leisure to sit around and chat. You'd think you'd want to do so not smelling like blood and guts.

There is a nice shower beneath Moonrise in act 2. It'll wash the blood right off!
