i jumped down to loot Saaza body there are 2 friendly spiders there but the door cannot be opened since 2 goblin guards are allways watching me

Did you get the Goblin Camp waypoint? You could just fast travel to that.

but i still have another problem - i kill Sazza by spiders, and i cannot loot her body since goblin guards are allways watching.
Should i go slaughter all the goblins there to loot Sazza ? does she have good loot ?

I mean, you can just kill every single Goblin in that castle. That is what I usually do. Plenty of loot. May with exception of the one in the cage.
