You can break all the doors, yes, but you have to do enough damage to them before they can take damage, aka they have damage thresholds (edit: person below is actually right, there are a few doors that are immune to damage regardless)

I don't know the exact numbers, but an example

A "weak" door has a damage threshold of 5, if you do NOT do a minimum of five damage in your attack, you do NO damage, if you do say, six damage, you get all six damage applied to the door, if that makes sense

There are doors you can't destroy. These have no HP bar.

using a bludgeoning weapon like a mace or a warhammer and it does bonus damage vs them

Doors you can break will have a hitpoint display just like any other enemy.

Dip your sword in fire and hit the wooden door with it, it can make it easier. Bludgeoning weapons are more effective. And so on.

You can examine doors with HP bars to see if they're vulnerable to any kind of damage which will help you get past their damage threshold.

some get destroyed easily.
some will show 0 dmg on hits ~half of the time but still end up being destroyed.
some will show 0 dmg on hit all of the time.

idk what stats on me affects if i can dmg it at all or not.. if any.

i end up lockpicking it anyways (if it even has a lock that is)

Force damage, like from Eldritch Blast, also does double damage to doors, similar to bludgeoning weapons.
