Random Blurry RED DOT

I won't get into the detail and haven't been able to caught a screenshot of it yet, but does anyone know what I'm referring to?

It appears randomly somewhere in the 3D world, visible for a second then disappears. Blurry red spot like a magic missile.

Can be seen during dialogues, turn based movement and regular gameplay.

interesting. i'll keep an eye out for it but havnt noticed yet.

weirdest i noticed is weird damage numbers floating in the background sometimes during dialogues. a couple "0"s flying in the background like if some npc was taking tics of zero damage somewhere behind the textures.

Those 0 numbers most probably the combat practices on a dummy, like the children are doing in Grove .

I believe this isn't an issue anymore, since I updated my graphics drivers to the latest today.
I haven't noticed that feathery/blurry red dot since.
