In 3.5 the warlock was godly when it came to utility and damage output per round even for late levels as a pure warlock.
Sadly there is no real way to make the warlock even out to others utility or aoe by staying a pure warlock in game (table top it does a bit better)
That being said extra attack from other classes is bugged at the moment and will stack with the extra attack from pact of the blade.
So if you take 5 levels of warlock, 5 levels of paladin & 5 of warlock you can get a decent number of attacks per round.
Can also work with eldritch knight but you have to be sure to grab stuff there that is self buffs instead of attack rolls or saves.
Where you put the last 2 levels is up to you.
this is what i was thinking, hopefully the lvl 9 slowdown is the low point before you get an extra blast at 10 (im assuming). still it seems woefully unbalanced compared to a wizard.
i also don't get why gale gets access to all my unique spells as well.
i only picked the class because i had heard that patron interactions were confirmed, but it seems what they meant by that was occasional dialogue options, not voiced and never actual interactions, i've yet to see my squid lord.
clearly i don't know what i'm doing, i find astarion to be the weakest one i've yet used.
One if I give him Haste.
I think he's one of the better characters if they could tone down his flirting for those not interested in it, but even so pretty nice to have a camp Shakespearean actor in the party. But I had to switch him to the frog lady (full helm to hide the nose) because she is just overall doing 3x dmg in my experience. I wish I didn't need her as she's incredibly boring.
I need her now that the warlock has fallen off.
IDk if its intended or not but the extra attack from pact of the blade is stacking with extra attacks from other classes.
Could always do paladin 5 (or more) then warlock 5 +
Is 3 the max?
