Where is Lower City?

Hi i have a question how do i get to Lower city i´m in Rivington and got the Quests twhere i should go to the Lower City but i dont find it the only Quest which is marked on the Map is the One with Raphael which i dont wanna do can some one Help cause i search the whole time The Lower City

I also can't find the entrance to Lower City. I am in Rivington, and there is an iron gate with 2 guards. Is there the entrance? The guards don't let me pass, although I have a permission from Valeria.

all across wyrmbridge, behind the wyrm rock fortress. Need to get access through there one way or another.

You can jump from the bridge towards the fortress, walk along the wall to the left, climb some roots, break the door on the balcony, enter the coronation hall with 1 character under Invisibility or wildshaped as a cat, cross it to the passage on the other side, cross the room, turn right, run to the bridge that leads into the Lower City.

You have to cross the bridge. There are paths below the bridge as well.

I am invited to Gortasch. Is this quest timesensitive? Should I do that first before going to Lower City?

Valeria's pass should work too, this is how I got in (though I had one from gnomes too, so possible one is bugged). Upon showing a pass robot guard want to arrest you, so either you go to prison, or if you initiated gnomes quest, they distract them letting you pass freely.

He's at the coronation hall and cannot be missed unintentionally. I think, some side quests might break if you avoid it.

Edit. I tried to wait out his coronation (so he would not be surrounded by the Steel Watch) for 5 rests and nothing changed, but I also was not invited.

Yep go to him now, that part can be missed afaik.
