Help LariLauncher Dont start

Problem is simple, when i start larilauncher it dont work. Write larilauncher has stopped working

yup, same issue for me, game just won't launch tried verifying and reinstalling. happy to provide specs if needed for faster fix.

But now When I run dix11 from the bin folder, the game decided that I was launching the launcher

CCleaner, not used Revo before but a quick read indicates its effectively the same thing

if it doesnt fix it and you just want to play, r click it in your steam library and in launch parameters put --skip-launcher

I have attempted both these and unfortunately does not work :(

i give admin permissions to LariLauncher.exe bg3.exe bg3_dx11.exe. Run bg3_dx11.exe and launcher dont work

So you made sure the appdata folders were cleaned up with CCleaner?

Would it work if you didn't go through the launcher but instead the .exe directly? You can get Steam to launch the specific .exe directly when you click "play" instead of the launcher as outlined below:

Steps:

Right click app -> Properties

In the "Launch Options" at the bottom type: "%SteamInstallDirectory%\CustomFile.exe" %COMMAND%. So for example, "C:\Users\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Touch Grass Simulator\SuperHackCustomVersion.exe" %COMMAND%

I had pending updates for .NET 6.0.21 on Windows 11, KB5029688.

Installing it stopped the crashes from occurring. You can see events in your event viewer showing .NET errors, this is likely the solution.

Common Error IDs for me were 1023 and 1000 from the .NET Runtime and Application Error sources respectively.
