Did you kill Lazael?
I mean in the beginning, when she's in the cage. She tells me basicly "murder these Tieflings or I kill you"
Why on earth would I side with her beside the fact, that she's a companion. Now I'm torn, I dont want to potentially loose tons of content by siding with the tieflings, but I dont want to kill them either.

Most people are narrow sighted and only consider Laezel's personality but don't factor in the whole situation and events that led to it.
That. Plus she has a "difficult" personality. Still I like her and consider it a challenge to keep Lae'Zel in company AND on good terms with my main. Which is made even more difficult since I set up my group to consist of my male main, Shadowheard, Lae'Zel and, once I got her too, Karlach.

She's just from a different culture. Get to know her and she softens up a bit.

I tried bought option. And for her personality vs the rest of the group I travel with, I think in the long run it would be better without her. I did also try out the option to kill Karlach. Benefit of different save games/characters are that you can play two or more different path of the game. I think I would dismiss her from my part in the current save Im working on. Send her on her own way

Idk, says I left her for her fate. Went back later to get the armor but she wasn't there. I'm suspecting plot armor.

I am hopeful that you can get her to figure out an ugly truth about her queen, which you start to uncover as you progress the game.

you can find texts that describe a guy named Orpheus who was apparently the true hero of the Githyanki, but who was betrayed/attacked by the queen. This implies that the queen is not who she says she is. Your guardian also tells you that the queen does not have the strength to oppose the mind flayers, which is another truth that would shatter her peoples' belief in her. Guardian may be lying about the second thing but the first thing sounds like it could be true.

I've kept her around to see if she can change her mind once presented with evidence, but that remains to be seen. She's still fairly abrasive and I don't really enjoy having her in my group. If I didn't have hopes that you could force her to see the truth I would have ditched her.

why so much hate for Lazael? The Tieflings in that area are a bunch of mooches who ♥♥♥♥♥ about the goblins while standing around strong in number and armed to the teeth.

No, I didn't kill her. I also didn't kill the tieflings.

Also, don't forget to give Lazael's undergarments to Shadowheart, if you know what I mean...

She sided with me over her "god" queen and over someone very important in to her after losing the god queen support. She grows on you, she is still "wah me smash all' but in a good way. I also love her line when she attacks (I am vengeance, I am death or something like that).

God, there are so many bad takes from one extreme to the other...

Because she's narcissistic, rude, and a literal space nazi. Makes sense to people to dislike her.
The tieflings are far outnumbered by the goblins, they have barely any combat experience, and they're hardly "armed ro the teeth". Meanwhile the goblins are vile, bloodthirsty creatures that raid, loot and kill on a daily basis, they have huge numbers of their own, but they also have worgs to hunt smell our and hunt down any hiding or fleeing tieflings.
What choice do they have other than, when they got Khaga trying to kick them out from the only safe sanctuary that they currently have, or facing certain death at by the goblins?

Despite her circumstances, she is still an arrogant, racist and xenophobic character.

Different culture being space nazi pirates that raid and pillage weaker people that can't fight back, a race that commited genocide on their own species for not wanting to live an eternity of hatred, a culture of killing each other to weed out the weak, a culture where Lae'Zel's first kill was he own cousin while she was still a child and she takes pride in that memory.

I just left her alone and didnt recruit or kill her.
But she turns up dead on the road in the Ruined Battlefield.
So she struggles and dies alone...

Now i feel extremely sad for her.

she's cool and has an extensive storyline, you are missing out if you kill her (even if she is sort of asking for it)

githyanki are crazy, but its a fantasy game so experiencing some crazy ♥♥♥♥ is sort of what you signed up for, and you will get that in spades with her in your party

I've discovered that Lae'zel has a complicated journey ahead of her. If I had failed the rolls at the cage, I'd have killed her and missed out on what's going on with her. I want to see how it plays out now.

That's how I see it on first playthrough. I play nice or semi-nice with origin NPCs to see to their story. Then I'll have no issues beheading them or betraying them on other playthroughs.

This playthrough, I'm letting the (non-Karmic) die fall where it may. It was a good possibility that Lae'zel might not have survived (unless a failure guarantees a Tiefling fight instead, dunno). The next one, I'll likely savescum so much that my SSD will fail. :)
