best class for necromancer?
I tryed googeling it but I find it strange that warlock has no necromancy (animate dead or create undead)
Any hints what class and subclass actualy has best potency for these spells?

Necromancy wizard is the only subclass that actually does anything to help your necromancy. Cleric and spores druid just get access to necro spells. Necro wizard buffs your summons and lets you summon more.

wizard subclass necromancy gets a passive trait called grim harvest. If you kill and enemy with a necro spell you get health back based on level of spell. you get this at level 2 wizard btw. I am considering a necro dark urge play through if I can stomach it

It's a Spell Rank 3 spell, so in the lower levels... 4 or 5 probably.

level 5 i believe. but you shouldnt pick it as a spell because you will get it automatically with the class feats you need to make it useful at lv6

since wizard is very squishy and most necromancy spells are touch based they are kinda hard to utilize imo. unlike in the tabletop i dont think there is a way to cast your touch spells through your minions or anything the like

If you want the kind of necromancer like Diablo where you get to summon a bunch of undead minions, the options are limited

There are only 2 "creating undead" spells, both for cleric and wizardss: Raise Undead (needs a corpse) and Create Undead (which you get endgame, since it's a level 6 spell if I'm not mistaken)

In D&D necromancy is more about getting the life force out of your opponents and cause necrotic damage with spells like Vampiric Touch, Chill Touch, Inflict Wounds, Harm, Blight, Circle of Death, etc.

And since most of these spells involve getting near enemies, I recommend playing a cleric if you want something close to a "necromancer"
