Yes. OP is trolling.
While it's a little frustrating how quickly the game pushes (for example) you and Gale from being friends talking about a girl to "two men sharing an intimate moment", if you reject his advances in any way, he stops and it's back to normal friendship stuff. It's not sexual harassment.
I have to defend OP just a little on this, though. Mild Gale spoilers: I just saw the scene where Gale is talking about a past love and then offers to show you how it feels to channel magic energy, which seemed to me to be him implying he is going to show you an expression of how he feels about his love for both her, a woman who embodies magic, and magic itself. He expressly says he loves magic and then wants to offer to help you feel that same feeling for magic as well.
And yet, immediately after saying that and during that same scene, it gets pushed into what the narrator describes and and "intimate" and "sensual" moment between the two of you. Regardless of if you're playing as a male or female or whatever, it's a weird whiplash of a tonal shift from letting Gale express remorse and longing for his love to him and you kissing (or whatever exactly happens if you don't turn him down). The pace is so fast that you can't really avoid it unless you know it's coming since it doesn't make a lot of sense. There's no build up. One moment, friends, next moment, you're giving each other sensual stares and nearly kissing.
Though, it's not sexual harassment.

The first time anyone got flirty with me (without my initiation) was the night of the Tiefling party, where a lot of wine was involved. Mostly they commented that i had already made my choice and I didn't even have to decline. The only one that was actually off-putting was Gale, who got all weird about me already having a "date". That man gives off bad vibes. (Tomorrow he'll probably tell all the others I friendzoned him. though not even friendship exists there. )
Lae'rel called my choice mundane, and I laughed.
Meanwhile, my coop buddy (the host) got zero flirts. Not sure why, we have interacted with them about the same. Maybe it's character charisma. Maybe Tieflings are catnip. My point is, the companions do not seem to be particularly pushy. I wonder if some of you have been clicking through dialogue saying all kinds of saucy things to them without realising it...
I think approval/disapproval is also tallied up depending on which player avatar is engaging in conversations, so you there might not have been enough between splitting convos and more neutral choices for them to take much notice of the host player.
Regardless, in my solo game, nobody propositioned me before the party besides Lae'zel and Astarion, which made complete sense given their personalities and backgrounds. And I always had the option to say no before it got steamy with everyone else.
Have you tried doing that without the dialogue resulting in you being a massive A hole and cruel in the process?
