just leave some feats as useless bro, it doesn't matter. Both the chargers actions should only be a bonus action. Why waste both a action and bonus action for one skill. Even the charge push ability is useless because you already have a free shove bonus action that does the same thing.

shield master is good for my tank build with 24 AC as it will always let me at least take half damage from magic AOE spells. But ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tying shield bash reaction to the adaminte shield is retarded, shield bash should come already with shield master. Also shield bash is really good, if a enemies hits you can knock them prone as a reaction.

At the very least charger ability should let you push multiple enemies at once.

Naw, feat is good. It's half a cunning dash with a +5 bonus to damage. It's a great alternative to dipping 2 levels in Rogue or Monk to get movement as a bonus action.
