I don't really know what constitutes Incel on the internet but the several actual real life incels I have met would certainly not fit in the 1930's. The ones I have encountered in real life are freaky as just about anyone and would put it in anything. They are usually unwashed and love lolis, furries and weird ♥♥♥♥ fetishes that turn most people off quick in addition to not having socialized much with people outside a small circle.
