Main character avatar/icon bug

I am talking about the avatar of the main character at the bottom of the screen. The icon of the main character at the beginning of the game was "normal". Like all the characters, that is, there was a colored background and the hero looked into the camera at an angle. However, now the hero is just looking straight at the camera full-face, the head is not completely visible and it is shifted slightly down. And the background turned black. In general, the icon of my character broke. How to fix it?

use change the appearance skill (DISGUISE SELF) and go back to your appearance. worked for me

Any appearance change works, whether through disguise self or the magic mirror in camp. You can then revert back to what appearance your character had.
