Finally got it to work.

To those who can't start the game after update, go to:
Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Launcher

Right-click LariLauncher.exe -> Properties -> Compatibility

Check Run this program as administrator.

Do the same for bg3.exe and bg3_dx11.exe in Baldurs Gate 3\Bin folder.

After setting this the game run for me without crashes.

Hilariously, I'm here to report a fix of Make sure none of those files are set to run as administrator...
