How do i stop the auto stat distribution on level up?
It's annoying me. Gale is still 16 int at lvl 6 wtf

There's no stat increase from level up. You can increase your stats by taking specific Feats every 4th level of a class like Ability Score Improvement, Athlete etc. You can equip magical gear that improve your stats, you can use consumables like Potion of Hill Giant Strength(temporary increase) or in very rare instances have something happen in the story that offers you a permanent stat increase(afaik there's only one of those in BG3, if there are more I haven't stumbled upon them)

u dont get stats on level up unless you choose feat that give them go change his class and resepc him

I am surprised this was accepted by the D&D purists. It irritates the crap out of me.

You can stat ups at the exact same time as you did in 3.5e lmao
If you want something wild, feats were an optional variant in base 5e and at 4 you got your ASI with no other choice to consider.

I am referring to character creation as is the OP. I have played all the video versions of the rulesets. I know you can SACRIFICE a feat to level up stats with ASI but that is not so fun neither is being stuck with a premade.
