Nearly no unique wizard staffs
I had trouble with coming across and finding any unique staff for my wizard, are there really not many of them or i just didn't look carefully?

I guess it depends on what you mean by "unique wizard staffs". I found several unique staffs just in act 1 already, but if your definition means staffs that have unique arcane magic properties that are only for wizards, you'll probably be disappointed. Those are not very common in DnD 5E in the first place.

There is the Lightning Charge staff you can get as a reward from Waukeens Rest after saving the councilor.
There is a Cold-Spell focused Staff in the Underdark, that you assemble by finding the 3 Drow that were looking for the Grymforge.
There is the Staff of Crones that allows you to cast "Ray Of Sickness" once per long rest iirc.
In Act 2 there is a staff on sale that lets you cast Firebolt/Fireball (I dont know how often, I didnt buy it)
I am at act 3, will try to kill Loroakkan to get his staff, maybe it will drops, it looks fabulous xd
"staffs that have unique arcane magic properties that are only for wizards" I mean this, and unique look. Ye i know a bit of DnD, played quite few of games, was hoping this time it will be different tho

There's also a staff that gives +1 to spell attack rolls and spell save dc's, as well as allowing to cast Melf's Acid Arrow once per long rest, called Melf's First Staff, the .. hobgoblin? Some kind of furry humanoid trader in the myconid colony sells it

There is a very rare and Orange staff in Act 1. Not mention another few green with great buffs. Certainly a much better variety than any other two hander
Ohhh, looks like i missed quite few of them in act 1

I found a couple of good Rare Staff weapons in Act 1. Unforunately the only Wizard in the group is Gale and I don't bring him with me half the time because he smells like eggs.

orange one is from the Hag. Very fun quest that, I've seen several people completely miss it.

YOU need to keep in mind. That some green/blue items are in fact very very good and are in fact might be the best items you can use in specific scenarios.

There's also a great blue one in the underdark that you assemble by collecting all three pieces then combining them in your inventory. It's an ice staff that boosts your ice damage.

In fairness it's quite easy to miss a lot of things in this game. It's very large and there's a lot of content off the beaten path and even hidden behind terrain you need flight/teleport/enhanced leap to even reach

I've seen a lot of people not realizing just how powerful a simple 1 can be on this game. Like "weapon enchantment +1" can make a massive difference on equipment. That +1 could make that weapon one of the best for a long time. I think people are too used to other games where numbers are massively inflated..

Yah you messed up OP.

I have like 7 Wizard staffs I’m holding on to, like 4 of which are GREAT staffs. And I JUST got to act 2

There’s a Melf’s first staff that adds +1 to spell save DC AND spell attacks, and gives you a free cast Melfs acid arrow. Badass.

There’s a lightning charge staff. Badass.

There’s a Fire themed staff that gives you +1 spell attack, Fire resistance, a free cast Fireball, and fire bolt cantrip. Badass.

There’s a staff that adds +1 cold damage to all frost spells and chills the target, badass.

There’s a staff of Crones that gives you a free cast poison ray thing. It’s ok.

All of this is in act 1. You’re in act 3? You missed so many staffs it’s crazy
