I've had no negative effect of resting often, other than it consumes supplies. So always pick up those camp supplies, even if you have a lot now you'll run into areas later where they are scarcer.
Oh god i think it's what happen to me i just realise after 20 hours of gaming i don't have Lae’Zel and she's not there anymore where she's suppose to be, honestly i don't like this system now there is a way to have back in my game or i lost her for good?
thx
I don't know if you can miss Lae'Zel if you do a LR before rescueing her (I didn't rest before In reached the Tiefling camp and even then it was only a short rest) and I'm not aware of quests that may get lost before accepting them if you do LRs more frequently.
Right now I'm about to give my group the first LR in a while (right after defeating the Goblins at the Tiefling camp gate), but may also do some quests in the camp first before resting. I definitely won't go to the goblin camp without a rest 'though.
