how to see all ur passives ?

when u lvl up u can see them a lot of skill passives but how to check/find this out of lvl up cant find this

Character sheet on the top of your inventory there's a bunch of different tabs.

there's also a tab at the bottom of your hotbar area that says passives..you can see/change them there.
