Edit: For example, it's like bringing a toy gun to a gunfight. Don't expect to survive/win versus serious opponents. BG3 is a big and complex game with beatiful graphics and tons of small details. It needs a solid graphics card made for gaming. UHD is meant for people who work in Excel/Word etc. or watch youtube.
But if it is realy integrated Intel GPU as @PoopPeek Lil_Poop mention, then the only hope is to lower game settings as possible and hope for best
...I know this was a common issue during the early the early days of EQ....
None of these games are demanding aside from Diablo 4 and even that game recommended requirements are lower than BG3 minimum requirements
You have to have discrete graphics (aka a physical graphics card, not onboard graphics like an APU or in this case like IrisXe or whatever intel calls it)
You need to give us better clarity on what your system specs are
Messing around with the settings helps.
I looked up tests of this specific computer with baldurs gate 3 and it should still be averaging 60-90 fps
That still doesn't tell us much, but the fact that it's giving back UHD means your CPU iis only using INTEGRATED graphics, which basically means it's mean to display movies, surf the web etc, not actually play games
And where did you get this 60-90 fps bit? I just looked it up and you'll be lucky to get 20fps in The Witcher 3 on all LOW at 1080p
Go into your computer settings, click on about, and see what it actually says, because if you're only running integrated graphics, then you're going to get terrible performance
What you need is a discrete graphics card, like an Arc 770, a Radeon 6800XT or an nVidia RTX 2080 (for example)
