Why are straight romances forced on me?

I've been trying to seduce Gale since the start of the game cause damn I want that daddy wizard. However, I woke up in the middle of the night with Korlach sitting right next to me asking me to bone her

Just a couple of camp visits later I spoke to Lae'Zel because she had a ! above her head. She immediately objectified me and made me really uncomfortable talking about how I make her sweaty and how she wants to use me.

I told both companions no thank you and I think they got the hint but I'm scared if they try to force themselves on me cause they were so rabid. I'm just a simple half elf twink bard who is proficient in power bottoming and all I want is daddy Gale.

Larian please hotfix this or add an orientation toggle please.

why the whole steam forum acting like a sexual twisted & depressed teenager ?

you are not forced to do anything in BG3. You have the choice. play the game you want and use the multiple choices in dialogue .. and when you prefer the darkside, just kill your team-members....is it so hard to understand this ?

Companions will make advances in you and the rejection dialogues (for the most part) are of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nature rather than been a bit touchy.

Be careful with Gale, he cast grease on me and next thing I know i'm on the ground prone. I reach for my amulet of misty step to escape but it is gone. Gale dangles the amulet above me, "looking for this?" and with a smile the sicko swallows it whole!

They should all be shy and demure like flowers until my character expresses an interest in them, and then they should do whatever I want because I'm the main character. ME. But absolutely shouldn't show any interest in happy fun times with me on their own. Ew that's gross. They should shut up and stick to killing things like normal people.

I'd better flirt with everyone just in case though. It's definitely not ok for them to fancy each other, or act on such things, because even though i don't think I want them all to be attracted to me, they can't be attracted to each other because it hurts my feelings. I'm a little confused by this so best not to dwell on it too much.

Okay, okay.... that was sorta fun to roleplay but mostly creepy as hell. Back to my very very gay romance ingame. I'm not sure it should count as gay because Karlach is great and anyone that doesn't fancy her is dead inside.
