It is definitely a flaw, it prevents character attachment. Something a lot of RPGs have huge followings of. Is the lack of it make or break? nah, but I sorely wish the characters had more depth. If you play your cards right though, you can have that depth sort of. But it honestly seems right now the only characters with any measure of depth are gale, shadowheart and Karlach lol
I honestly don't even know what you mean by this.
Friendships with benifits, normalization of erotic movies, the acceptiance of none married sex, etc.
The idea of people getting along without wanting intercourse seems alian to a lot of people.
Especialy the younger generation.
She is my loyal wife.
What did you do.
In Astarion's case, quite literally XD
Non-married sex is the norm, not the exception all over the world since humans arrived. It’s just not hidden now as religion that brutally punished people with violence i isn’t in control for now. But even when it was people just lied and did it while saying they weren’t. That’s reality.
But the fact it isnt shamed but celebrated is what i think changed.
And corperations just make what they think will sell.
