Noblestalk - Outcomes

Hey everyone. Question. I just got the Noblestalk, and I'd like to know if anyone has gotten far enough to tell me if giving it to Derryth for her shop is worth it over giving it to Shadowheart in camp to cure her memories? I know you can give it to her abusive husband to cure his brain damage if you want to go that route too.

PPL who have gotten far enough have a high chance to miss this tho...They probably rush through the quest and directly give it to the dwarf without thinking

For anyone that is still trying to decide, just talk to Derryth first, but dont give it to her. Once u exit the conversation, speak to Shadowheart right away (even beside Derryth), once she consumes the Noblestalk and her memories come back, you can give it to Derryth again. It never leaves your inventory.

For some reason I can't give it to Shadowheart. No conversation options in the Underdark or back in camp. It is in my inventor. Handing it to her and having her use it only does the normal healing; no cut scenes.
