Second Monitor Issues?

This is the only game where I will run it, the game runs silky smooth, but my second monitor will just stop working. If I'm watching something on the other screen or running youtube for music, the other monitor will just freeze on the frame it was when I clicked onto BG3. If I click back to the second monitor, the video will resume.

Does this happen to anyone else? any ideas on what's going on?

If you figured it out by now congrats, if not try going to Settings > Gaming > Game Mode > Graphics > Change Default Graphics Settings and then turn off hardware-accelerated GPU
scheduling.
