It doesnt affect me and doesnt matter to me.
Mechanically, in the game, it just comes down to what your character has between their legs.
A lot of NPC dialog uses neutral pronouns because it costs less, it has nothing to do with gender politics. Voice acting can cost a lot lol.
All that other stuff is just everyone else is just looking for drama.

You simply told him that your gender is what's between your character's legs, which isn't even true in this game.
