It's in the Lower City in Act 3.
Okies quick edit to this: there is a trapdoor in the building and you can go downstairs and steal what you donated back. It does give you a pretty bad curse but if you have remove curse you can get rid of it. You will just need to fight a deva who is easy to kill. Which is kinda weird, yknow, given that it's a literal angel but that's beside the point. The priest will also hate you so you wont be able to purchase from him again.
Thanks for testing this out! the saving throws aren't too bad but I wish the
rewards were flavored around the particular dietie's domain.
What level and how much money did you have? I had to give about 5k before I was able to get the blessing from bahamut. I am level 11 and on the main character had about 21k gold.
Am level 11 and prayed to Selune, had to pay 4,500 gold, which is just ludicrous.
You can also drag the items to the floor, pick them up off the floor to avoid the curse altogether.
Selune has her own statue, left after entering the tabernacle.
