What lyrics do you hear in the main BG3 theme?
For me it's "FOUR-STAR HOTELS BEFORE US..."

You will never not hear this whenever you start up the game.

I am guessing it’s the same as the English lyrics but Bulgarian since the composer is Bulgarian. In Bulgarian this would be Долу, долу, долу край реката. When I plugged that into the Google speech translator it sounds the same (but you will have to imagine it changed by deep male voices 😊)
I don't think it's Bulgarian, though I agree it might just be the lyrics in a different language, maybe even one of the in game ones!

I hear:
Oscar wore bloody borca.
Ask me, ask me, puppy, ask me for bloody borca.
No idea what a "borca" is...
From what I've been able to find online, it's just made up gibberish.

Found this at Quora of all places. (Quora threads aren't usually about games.)

The lyrics at the beginning of the main menu of Baldur's Gate 3 are from a song called "Ravensong" by Elven musician Elira Ilmater. The lyrics are as follows:

> Gather 'round ye, gather 'round ye,

> Swords high and helmets lustrous.

> Lo, how we lay our pale heads low,

> When on the breeze is called a Ravensong.

These lyrics evoke a sense of unity and preparation for battle. The lines encourage a gathering of warriors with swords raised and helmets shining, implying a readiness for conflict. The mention of laying pale heads low suggests a somber mood, perhaps indicating that the warriors are aware of the dangers they face. The reference to a "Ravensong" could signify a call to action or an impending event of importance.

The rest of the lyrics further delve into themes of war, fate, and sacrifice. They speak of the toll of battle and the cycles of history repeating. The lyrics create a sense of both anticipation and gravity, setting a tone that aligns with the epic fantasy setting of Baldur's Gate 3.

Here's the lyrics to Down by the River. It's on the BG3 soundtrack, it's track 39. The composer is Borislav Slavov.

[Verse 1]
Lace your heart with mine
Let your sleeping soul take flight
Take me through the night

[Refrain]
Down, down, down by the river
Down, down, down by the river (By the river)

[Verse 2]
Hanging moon in fog
Mists will lead where you belong
Sweep me off my feet

[Refrain]
Down, down, down by the river
Down, down, down by the river
Down, down, down by the river (By the river)

[Bridge]
Inky embers (Inky embers)
Swirl and dance (Swirl and dance)
Just leave the flames and take a chance
To be with me tonight
Take my hand
And hold it tight
'Causе you and I are everywhеre
The night is young, we're going

“Down by the River”, composed and written by Borislav Slavov for the video game Baldur’s Gate III, is a piece with an ethereal, dream-like instrumentation and lyricism that is meant to play into the magic of a mysterious night.

The song, which has been considered by many to be the main theme of the game unofficially, is also the theme that plays whenever you romance an NPC or companion within the game at your camp completely, leading to speculations that the lyrics might also be a double-entendre for the act of intercourse, and that the singer is the person you romance, giving full consent to “take them down by the river.”

Two wieners alongside yet another wiener

Yes, and we need more hilarious threads here.

I've got the Camp song, Elfsong Tavern song, and Raphael song forever in my head.
