To add a bit more to it, your rage is upgraded to frenzy when you pick this subclass.
To quote the description:
Your Rage turns into a frenzy! You gain Frenzied Strike and Enraged Throw. You can also make an Improvised Weapon Attack as a bonus action. You have Resistance to physical damage, and Advantage on Strength Checks and Saving Throws.

WOW! Thank you so, so much. Nothing states this clearly, and the way frenzy is written is really confusing. It reads as if you need to rage then frenzy. I also cannot believe how hard this is to figure out. And I've played table top D&D for a really long time
