In Baldursgate in the south-middle. There is a spooky little house. Go check it out. ;)
Get rid of the voodoo doll curse with using Break-curse magic spell ... kill the Ethels agent and you will get access to a tresor with the book with the recipe and the fey-flower. only thing I need is essence I need to find myself today. Have fun. :D

you can find those by going to the diabolist, she has some ingredients to make essences.
