Kushigo "Set" Items

Hey,
I've found some "Set" Items which are part of the Kushigo set. Now the Hands give 1d4 dmg bonus to (and this is translated as the game is not in english for me) throwing and attacks done with improvised weapons... which mean what? I've not seen improvised weapons, I mean... I can grab a Gobo und hit his mates with it... does only attacks like this count?

Because other items of this Set tend to go into Monk Boni so I try to figure out if this might as well add to Fist Attacks? Someone an idea?

Improvised weapons are the barrels, chairs, tables, and yes, goblins you pick up and hit enemies with or throw at them. So yes, this totally applies to Goblin Chucking!
