Warlock respec invocations on level up
Hi there,

Are there any plans to allow changing invocations on level up similar to spells? Currently, I need to relevel my whole character if I decide I want to change an invocation. This can be a bit of a chore when all I'd like to change is the invocation and keep everything else the same.

Invocations are supposed to be semi-permanent choices (in the game and even more so in the P&P RPG)...

So I am pretty sure it is 100% working as intended that if you want to change your invocation, you have to FULLY respec...

Yeah summoning for a warlock is a big deal, that involves a pact and a contract. You're not supposed to switch, you're bound to the creature. (and no, gameplay should not trump roleplay mechanics in an rpg).

In terms of warlock lore you are basically selling your soul to some greater being for power... The power you gain isn't something you are supposed to be able to change on a whim...

You're absolutely correct. They may have been confused and thought OP was referring to pact boons, which are intended to be permanent. I was also disappointed I couldn't retrain my invocations and hope they add this down the road. 100 gp feels too steep to change something we've traditionally done for free on level ups.

Oh my bad... I was thinking of the Pact Boons
Apologies OP I was completely wrong, yeah I was definitely thinking of the Pact Boons not the invocations, I apologize.
