Blood of Lathander Mace Light Source Not Toggleable?

So are all my stealth rolls just screwed now having this on? It emanates a light within 6m, easily lighting up my entire party.

EDIT: Nvm, seems to be in the passives hotbar section. Couldn't find it in spells or anything. Can disable the passive. Just sucks that the passive is a detriment to your team.
